(B) for admission to Ist year B.P.T Course:
Applicant should have passed II-PUC (10+2) or equivalent examination individually
in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and must have obtained
not less than 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (35% in
case of SC/ST & OBC applicants).
5. Certificates to be produced at the time of Document Verification:
i. S.S.L.C marks card (for proof of Date of Birth).
ii. Marks Card of II-PUC or equivalent examination.
iii. Prescribed certificates in the case of candidates claiming reservation under
different categories i.e., category & income certificate issued by the Tahashildar
of Karnataka only.
iv. Domicile Certificate for 10 years in Karnataka (Issued by the Tahashildar of
Karnataka) or Study Certificate of seven years in Karnataka.
v. Relevant Certificates for those who are claiming exemption for seven years study
in Karnataka.
vi. Certificate claiming reservation under article 371-J issued by the Assistant
Commissioner of Revenue Department.
vii. Candidate studied other than Karnataka PUC Board, all other boards like CBSE
Board and ICSC Board should submit the Eligibility Certificate obtained from the
Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore without fail.
viii. Attested Photo Copy Transfer Certificate.
ix. Physical Fitness Certificate.
